Welcome to PrankMaxx. By using our service you agree to these terms. PrankMaxx provides AI-generated images for entertainment and comedic purposes between consenting friends and family.

1. Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. You agree NOT to use PrankMaxx to:

• Deceive, defraud, blackmail, threaten, harass, or harm any person.
• Create images of anyone without a reasonable belief they would consent to a harmless prank.
• Generate sexual content involving any real person, or any content involving minors.
• Impersonate someone to commit fraud, or fabricate evidence for legal, financial, or official purposes.
• Violate any law or third-party rights.

2. Your content

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and how you use and share generated images. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload.

3. The service

Generated images are AI fabrications and are not real. We grant you a license to use your generations for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms.

4. Accounts & billing

You are responsible for your account security. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrankMaxx is not liable for how you or others use generated images. You agree to indemnify PrankMaxx against claims arising from your misuse.
