Refund Policy

We want you to love PrankMaxx. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

Subscriptions

PrankMaxx is subscription-only — a Weekly Pro pass or Annual Pro plan. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: you'll keep access (and your remaining pranks) until the end of your billing period and won't be charged again. If something went wrong (a double charge, a technical issue), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Unused credits

Each prank you generate has a real compute cost, so used credits aren't refundable. If you cancel, you keep any remaining pranks for the rest of your billing period.

Email hello@prankmaxx.app from your account email with your request. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we're friendly and fast, and almost every issue can be resolved directly.
